Tangerine’s Limited Estate Series – New Location

Event Details

Once you reach the entrance to the estate, our security personnel will confirm your arrival and open the gate. You will still have a mile to travel along the lane to the Main House.

When you arrive, you will find a 6,000 sq. ft. historic home, arranged for your pleasures.  The home has 3 fireplaces, a wrap-around porch overlooking the surrounding hills, a dance floor, 6 separate play areas, and more.

The property is surrounded by 3,000 acres of wooded and grassy hills, plus a vineyard in full automn color.  It has a helipad that is a 5 min. flight from a regional airport, or an easy 20 minute limo ride.

This is a “Dress to Impress” night.   Women should be as sexy and slinky as they please; there are no neighbors within miles.  Men should dress accordingly.

Your Night Includes – Indoors First Floor:

D.J. Dancing – bring your dancing shoes

Play Spaces: sensual, warm, and ready for you to satisfy your fantasies

  • “Alice in Swingland” would love this home’s entrance to the second floor group room — it’s a secret staircase is behind a real bookcase, not a normal door.

  • Yes, you can be naked outside
  • Yes, there’s even a Hot Tub
